Meet Ms. Caperton

Hey Y'all!!

My name is Calli Caperton. I am filled with such joy to have the privilege of teaching the wonderful children in my class. I graduated from Texas State University with a bachelors of Science in interdisciplinary Studies. My degree spans curriculum and instruction in early childhood education through sixth grade generalist and I am also ESL certified. I am excited to be teaching fourth grade this year! I attended a wonderful four week training on writer's workshop during the 2017 summer session and am happy to share my philosophy on writing with you. (Please see the writer's workshop philosophy tab for more information.)

I have a wonderful puppy named Oliver. He is a cutie and a handful. I love going to the movies and singing karaoke. I'm probably the only teacher in the world that hates coffee. I am from Cedar Park, Texas and I moved to Cedar Creek, Texas last year. I absolutely love being a teacher.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via email at ccaperton@bisdtx.org or you may call me in my classroom, room 205. My conference time is from 2:00 p.m. to 2:50 p.m. Email is the best way to contact me.

Me, my sister Danielle and my twin Caleb

My HANDSOME Oliver
